RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR FILM MAKERS SUBMITTING THEIR FILM:
1. Film-makers are requested to submit their films only through www.FilmFreeway.com/NEFilmFest
2. Deadline for the submission of entries 15th November 2023.
3. Entries of all films (Feature Films / Short Films / Documentary) shall be accepted. The link should be provided for download.
4. Films other than in Hindi / English language must be sub-titled in English.
5. Films may be entered by any organization, agency, individual producer or director.
6. Selection of films will be done by a committee whose decision will be final. However, Festival Authorities reserve the right to accept or reject any film that is likely to offend sentiments, feelings or sensibilities of any caste, community, religion and sector or is likely to promote racism or ill will in the society.
7. Festival Authorities reserve the right to use the posters of the film for publicity and promotional activities of the festival.
8. Censorship is not applicable to any films / documentary entered in the festival.
9. Entry Forms with incorrect / inadequate / illegible / ambiguous particulars will not be considered.
10. Trophies and certificates will be awarded to the director(s) or producer(s) of the film.
11. Films once selected and submitted for the final screening will not be allowed to be withdrawn under any circumstances, until the festival is over.
12. Travel / Accommodation to be borne by the film makers unless the organizers announce the same on the festival website or email to the film makers.
13. Participation in the Festival implies acceptance of these Regulations.
14. Decisions of the Festival Authorities regarding all matters not expressly provided for in these regulations or which require interpretation of the clauses mentioned above shall be final and binding on all parties.
